Is the home suitable for children?

Yes, children are welcome! However, please note that the house is not baby-proofed, so we recommend bringing any safety gear you may need for little ones. Portable crib available upon request.

Are gatherings or events allowed?

Small gatherings are okay, but anything with more than 25 people must be pre-approved by the owner. Wild parties aren’t permitted—this is a peaceful family retreat, and we kindly ask that all guests respect our home and neighbors.

What kind of water access is available?
