Crystal Coast Sanctuary – Refund policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

At Crystal Coast Sanctuary, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as fair and transparent as possible when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please review our policy below before booking your stay.

1. Standard Cancellation & Refund Terms

• Full Refund:
  Guests who cancel 30 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

• Partial Refund:
  Guests who cancel 14-29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

• No Refund:
  Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Early Departure

If a guest chooses to depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be issued for unused nights.

3. No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date without prior communication will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.

4. Refunds for Add-On Sanctuary Space

If you reserved the sanctuary space (add-on) and cancel it:

• 100% refund if canceled 7+ days before check-in.

• 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before check-in.

• No refund if canceled less than 3 days prior to check-in.

5. Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can happen. In certain documented emergencies (e.g., medical issues, natural disasters, or death in the immediate family), we may review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a cancellation or request a refund:

• Include your name, booking dates, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

7. Third-Party Booking Platforms

If you booked through a third-party platform (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo), their cancellation and refund policies may apply. Please refer to the specific platform’s terms for accurate information.
